Since the standard height of a single fabric roll is typically 108 inches, we may need to use a seaming technique for certain large-sized curtains. The details are as follows:

Once the finished curtain width and height both exceed 104 inches, it must be seamed.

For Double Pinch Pleat Headers:

• If the finished curtain width exceeds 54 inches and the height exceeds 104 inches, it must be seamed.
• Alternatively, if the width exceeds 104 inches and the height exceeds 54 inches, it must be seamed.

For Triple Pinch Pleat and S-fold Headers:

• If the finished curtain width exceeds 43 inches and the height exceeds 104 inches, it must be seamed.
• Alternatively, if the width exceeds 104 inches and the height exceeds 43 inches, it must be seamed.

Seaming can be done either horizontally or vertically. Please leave a note in your order specifying your preference.

We recommend vertical seaming, as the seam lines can be hidden within the pleats, making them less noticeable.
