- Refund Policy
- Digital Products: We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our digital products.
- Physical Products: If you are dissatisfied with your physical product for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- Once you have received authorization for the return, please securely package the item(s) and ship them to the address provided. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
